How we pack your order
We pack every order by hand within 2–3 business days. Your items are folded and sealed in their protective packaging, then placed in a plain outer parcel.
Only your name and shipping address appear on the label. Nothing on the outside refers to underwear or to the products inside.

Keep it looking new
A little care goes a long way. Follow these simple steps and your underwear stays soft, stretchy and in shape for longer.
30°C max
Wash cold or at 30°C on a gentle cycle.
Use a laundry bag
Protects straps, pouches and fine fabrics.
No fabric softener
Softener and bleach damage stretch fibres.
Air-dry only
Dryer heat weakens elastane and waistbands.
Washing
- Always check the care label first.
- Wash cold or at a maximum of 30°C on a gentle cycle, or hand wash delicate pieces.
- Put underwear in a laundry bag so straps and pouches don't stretch or snag.
- Wash with similar colours. Wash new, bright colours separately the first time.
- Use a mild detergent. Skip fabric softener and bleach.
Drying
- Air-dry flat or on a line, away from direct heat and sunlight.
- Don't tumble dry. Heat weakens elastane and waistbands.
Ironing & storage
- Don't iron underwear, swimwear or shapewear.
- Store folded, not stretched over hangers.

Mesh
Hand wash or use a gentle cycle in a laundry bag. Mesh dries fast, so hang it and it's ready in a few hours.

Wash cold with a mild detergent and never wring it out. Lay flat to dry to keep the smooth, cool finish.

Wash at up to 30°C with similar colours. Reshape while damp and air-dry to prevent shrinking.

Rinse in cool fresh water after every swim to remove chlorine, salt and sunscreen. Dry in the shade.

Wash cold on a gentle cycle and air-dry flat. Never tumble dry: heat reduces the compression.

Turn inside out and hand wash in cold water. Don't wring, iron or tumble dry.

With good care, everyday underwear usually lasts 6–12 months. Replace it when the waistband loses its stretch, the fabric becomes thin or the pouch no longer holds its shape.

Returns: Unworn items in their original sealed packaging can be returned within 14 days. For hygiene reasons, underwear and swimwear that has been worn or unsealed can't be returned. Faulty or wrong items are replaced or refunded free of charge.
